Parents and child will playfully learn techniques of self-defence. By using these techniques, the child can protect itself and its self-confidence is strengthened.
In the school area there are often classmates and groups that exclude other students, harass them, torture them mentally and even do not shy away from physical attacks. Whenever these attacks take place repeatedly and over a longer period of time, we speak of bullying. This is very traumatic for children who are excluded, even attacked. It diminishes their self-confidence, often the victims do no longer go to school or are unwilling to do so. It can even lead to serious depression.
Parents and child playfully learn techniques of self-defence. By using these techniques, the child can protect itself against physical and verbal attacks at school and the child's self-confidence is strengthened. The course is intended for children between 7 and 11 years of age together with a parent or other adult confidant.
In 6 classes of 1 hour each, the children will learn defensive games that build on each other. They can then be practiced and improved at home.
